WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Tuesday, October 4, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE:  Belmont Road between Kensington and Stuart

BACKGROUND:  The area will be closed to set a crane in place for HVAC work on a nearby residence.
