WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Starting at 9 a.m. Saturday, September 3 and ending at 4 p.m. on Friday, September 30  

WHERE:  East Marshall Street between 11^th and North 13^th streets

BACKGROUND:  The sidewalk and one travel lane on the eastbound side of East Marshall Street between 11^th and North 13^th streets will be closed to work on streetlights. Please use caution and follow the road signs.
