BACKGROUND:  The left lane in the aforementioned area will be closed to allow the contractor to install fiber optic cable.

BACKGROUND: As part of a traffic signal installation project, the contractor will be conducting test bores around the intersections listed above. Some travel lanes through these intersections may be temporarily closed during this process.

BACKGROUND:  The area will be closed to allow a crane to set materials on top of the Library of Virginia building to replace the cooling towers.

BACKGROUND:  Columbia Street will be closed at Goodes Creek to all traffic for the Columbia Street Culvert Replacement Project. Traffic will be detoured from Columbia St at Mimosa Street to Lynhaven Avenue then to Chesterman Avenue and back to Columbia Street.  Access to residences on Columbia Street from Mimosa Street to Chesterman Avenue will be maintained.
