WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Tuesday, April 7 through Wednesday, April 8 from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

WHERE: Rosedale Avenue at the alley between Seddon Road and Elmsmere Avenue

VOTER DISTRICT: 2

BACKGROUND:  As part of the I-95 project, VDOT will set a drill to bore utility lines beneath the interstate. The closure and work are in conjunction with the lane closures and construction taking place on I-95. Nearby residents can expect to hear noise during the boring process.
