                                         Lane Closure – East Marshall Street between College and 12^th streets  

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Friday, September 23 from noon to 5 p.m.  

WHERE:  East Marshall Street between College and 12^th streets

BACKGROUND:  The southern eastbound curb lane will be closed in the vicinity of the Egyptian Building plaza to operate a temporary valet service for a VCU event. Please use caution and follow the road signs.
