WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Tuesday, October 4, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE:  East Broad Street between 4^th and 5^th streets

BACKGROUND:  The outside travel lane will be closed during the repair of the asphalt pavement.
