WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Ramp Closure

WHERE:  Manchester Bridge northbound on-ramp between 7^th Street and Semmes Avenue

WHEN:   Wednesday, March 4 to Friday, March 27, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

BACKGROUND:  The northbound travel lanes in the aforementioned area will be closed to allow for bridge repairs. Detour signs will be posted.
