                                       Lane Closure - 7^th Street

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHERE:  7^th Street between Bainbridge Street and Porter Street

WHEN:  Tuesday, March 31 until June 30

BACKGROUND:  The northbound lanes in the aforementioned area will be barricaded to allow for pedestrian use during construction.  The barricades will remain in place until at least one sidewalk on 7^th Street is re-opened.   

DETOUR:  Motorists unable to use the barricaded lane can drive out to Commerce Road and go around the block to get past this point.
