WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHERE:  Intersection of Hamilton Street and Floyd Avenue

WHEN:  Monday, March 23 through Friday, April 17, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  

BACKGROUND:  The aforementioned area will be closed to allow for installation of a residential traffic circle.
