WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHERE:  Cedar Street between East Marshall Street and Mosby Street

WHEN:  Thursday, March 12 thru Friday, March 13, 8 a.m. To 3:30 p.m.

BACKGROUND:  The aforementioned area will be closed to allow for the relocation of power lines by Dominion Virginia Power.
