WHAT: Street Closure
WHEN: October
27 through October 30 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. (daily)
WHERE: Mosby Street between P and Q streets (in the 7th voter
district)
BACKGROUND: The area will be closed
to complete the last installation of street murals near Martin Luther King, Jr.
Middle School This work is part of the Office of Equitable Transit and
Mobility’s ‘Lighter, Quicker, Cheaper’ Program aimed at making temporary
enhancements to improve pedestrian safety while permanent solutions are
developed and funded. This work will complete the LQC mural
paintings on this corridor.
