WHAT: Street Closure
WHEN: Starting
October 21 and ending November 5
WHERE: Broad Rock Road between Prince Hall and 34th
Street (in the 9th voter district)
BACKGROUND: Complete closure of
Broad Rock Road between Prince Hall and 34th Street to allow utility work
necessary for the city to continue construction of James River Branch
Trail. Detour will be posted.

comprises a wide array of services to include leaf collection; street, sidewalk
and alley maintenance; trash collection; recycling; grass cutting; graffiti removal;
