                        Street Closure – Norwood Avenue between Hanes and Garland avenues

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Wednesday, February 3 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  

WHERE:  Norwood Avenue between Hanes and Garland avenues  

BACKGROUND:  Closing the sidewalk and travel lanes on Norwood Avenue to operate a rubber tire crane to work on the steeple at Garland Avenue Baptist Church. Pedestrians and motorists should use caution and follow the detour signs.
