            Street Closure – Intersection 21^st Street and East Broad Street

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Monday, October 19 thru Monday, November 9, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE:  Intersection 21^st Street and East Broad Street

BACKGROUND: There will be alternating lane closures during installation of a new crosswalk.
