           Lane Closure – Monument Avenue and Allen Avenue

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Wednesday, October 28 thru Thursday, October 29 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE:   Intersection of Monument Avenue and Allen Avenue  

BACKGROUND: The westbound right lane from Lombardy Street to Allen Avenue and the eastbound right lane from Meadow Street to Allen Avenue will be closed during conversion of the existing traffic circle into a modern roundabout at the Robert E. Lee statue.
