                        Lane Closure Jefferson Avenue between Clay and 24^th streets

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Starting at 9 a.m. Monday, October 5 and ending at 4 p.m. on Friday, October 30

WHERE:  Jefferson Avenue between Clay and 24^th streets

BACKGROUND:  Traffic circle installation at Jefferson Avenue and Clay Street, Jefferson Avenue and 23^rd Street and Jefferson Avenue and 24^th Street. There will be intermittent lane closures. Motorist are urged to follow the road signage.
