WHAT: Street Closure
WHEN: Starting at 8 a.m. December 15 and ending at 5 p.m. December 19
WHERE: Broad
Rock Road between Prince Hall and 36th Street
BACKGROUND: The area
will be closed to allow the contractor to install storm sewer utilities
necessary for the construction of the James River Branch Trail Project. Detours
will be in place.

The City of
