WHEN: December
18 through December 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (daily)
WHERE: 3017 Williamsburg Ave between South 31st Street and the
intersection of E. Main Street (in the 7th voter district)
BACKGROUND: The closure affects the
two westbound lanes of Williamsburg Avenue between South 31st Street and the
intersection of E. Main Street.
Drivers
entering the city should use the Nicholson Street detour or E. Franklin Street
for these two days.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
