WHAT: Street Closure
WHEN: Starting
at 8 a.m. December 8 and ending at 5 p.m. December 12
WHERE: Broad Rock Road between
Prince Hall and 36th Street
BACKGROUND: The area will be closed to allow the contractor to
install storm sewer utilities necessary for the construction of the James River
Branch Trail Project. Detous will be in place.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is
