                       Lane Closure – Franklin Street 

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN: Tuesday, August 28 through Friday, October 12, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE: Franklin Street between North 2^nd and North 3^rd streets  

BACKGROUND: The bike lanes in the aforementioned area will be closed to work on the parking deck at 107 North 2^nd Street. Eastbound bike traffic will merge with the eastbound vehicular traffic. Westbound bike traffic will detour to Grace Street at 4th Street to merge with vehicular traffic. Please use caution and follow the detour signs.
