                       Lane Closure – Forest Hill Avenue 

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Monday, August 20 through February 2020 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE: Forest Hill Avenue from Hathaway Road to Powhite Parkway  

BACKGROUND: The aforementioned area will experience intermittent lane closures during construction of the Forest Hill Avenue Improvement Project. Project improvements include: the installation of sidewalks, curb and gutter, medians, landscaping, traffic signals, paving and pavement markings. Individual notifications for intermittent lane closures will be submitted for the project. Drivers are encouraged to follow all construction signs within the construction zone.
