                       Street Closure – Ramp from Manchester Bridge to Semmes Avenue

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Friday, March 23, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE: Manchester Bridge/9^th Street to Semmes Avenue

BACKGROUND: The southbound ramp of the aforementioned area will be closed to perform a mandatory bridge inspection.  Please observe the work zone signage and follow the detour signs.
