                       Street Closure – East Franklin Street

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Starting at 6 p.m. on Friday, March 23 and ending at 6 a.m. on Monday, March 26

WHERE: East Franklin Street between North 7^th and North 8^th Street

BACKGROUND: The aforementioned area will be closed to allow a crane to perform HVAC work at 701 East Franklin Street. Please observe the work zone signage and follow the detour signs.
