                        Street Closure – West Franklin Street  

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN: Thursday, March 23 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

WHERE:   West Franklin Street

BACKGROUND:  The 4700 block of West Franklin Street will be closed to thru traffic and parking will be restricted for 300 feet at 4717 West Franklin Street to remove a tree obstructing the construction of a sidewalk. EMS access is available via Blacker Street. Please use caution and follow the detour signs.
