WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Monday, March 27 through Friday, April 28 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

WHERE:  Clarence Street between Herbert Street and Hill Top Drive

BACKGROUND: There will be alternating lane closures in the 5000 and 5100 blocks of Clarence Street for the installation of speed tables which are designed to slow down traffic. Please follow the road signs.
