WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN: Monday, December 19 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 

WHERE:  Grove Avenue at North Meadow Street  

BACKGROUND: The area will be closed to operate a crane to remove materials from the roof of the Tabernacle Baptist Church at 1925 Grove Avenue. Please follow the signs.
