                        Lane Closure – Franklin Street at Spokane Street and Franklin at Chantilly Street 

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Monday, December 19 through Friday, December 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and

    Monday, January 2, 2017 through Tuesday, January 31 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

WHERE:  Franklin Street at Spokane Street and Franklin Street at Chantilly Street

BACKGROUND: Alternating lanes of the area will be closed for the installation of traffic circles – one at the intersection of Spokane Street and the other at the intersection of Chantilly Street. Please follow the road signs.
