WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Starting at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, November 23 through 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24

WHERE:   Dock Street between South 15^th and South 17^th streets  

BACKGROUND: Closure of 1631 Dock Street between South 15th and South 17th streets to install new ties on the overhead CSX Railroad Bridge. Motorist should follow the detour signs.
