BACKGROUND: The westbound right lane of
Monument Avenue from Lombardy Street to Allen Avenue and the eastbound right lane
of Monument Avenue from Meadow Street to Allen Avenue will be closed during the
conversion of the existing traffic circle into a modern roundabout at the
Robert E. Lee statue. Follow
the road signs.
