WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN   Wednesday, September 2, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

WHERE:  West Main Street between Adams and Jefferson streets

BACKGROUND: One travel lane will be closed while a crane places equipment at 101 W. Franklin St.
