WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Beginning at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19 through 9 p.m. Tuesday, August 25

WHERE:  Nicholson Street between Williamsburg Road and East Main Street

BACKGROUND: Nicholson Street between Williamsburg Road and East Main Street will be milled and paved. Alternating lanes will be open.
