WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHERE:  Hull Street Road from Elkhardt Road to Hey Road

WHEN:  Tuesday, February 25 through Monday, April 28

BACKGROUND:  The eastbound lane of Hull Street Road in the aforementioned area will be closed to allow for guardrail replacement and relocation of underground communications lines.
