WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHERE:  Hull Street Road between Elkhardt Road and Hey Road

WHEN:  Monday, February 10 through Monday, April 28, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

BACKGROUND:  The inside eastbound lane in the aforementioned area will be closed to allow for guardrail replacement and relocation of the communication lines.
