WHEN: Monday, December 12 through Wednesday, December 14, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: 9th Street, 10th Street, 12th Street, East Cary Street and East Canal Street
BACKGROUND: There will be intermittent lane closures at various locations on the aforementioned streets in the area of The James Center to perform probes of the soil conditions beneath the pavement. This testing is a follow-up to the ground penetrating radar studies that was done in October as a result of some irregularities in the pavement.
