WHO: City of Richmond Department of Public Works
WHAT: Street Closure
WHEN: Friday, September 30 through Sunday, October 2, 9 a.m. to midnight
WHERE: The following streets will be closed
· Leigh Street between 1st Street and 3rd Street
· Clay Street between 1st Street and 3rd Street
· Marshall Street between 1st Street and 3rd Street
· 2nd Street between Broad Street and Jackson Street
BACKGROUND: The aforementioned streets will be closed during the annual 2nd Street Festival.
