WHO: City of Richmond Department of Public Works
WHAT: Lane Closure
WHEN: Monday, September 26 until Friday, October 14, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
WHERE: Byrd Street between 2nd Street and 3rd Street
BACKGROUND: There will be intermittent lane closures on Byrd Street between 2nd Street and 3rd Street during the installation of curb ramps, new sidewalks, sidewalk maintenance and drainage structure repairs.
