WHAT: Street Closure
WHEN: Starting at 8 a.m. March 22 and ending at 8 pm
March 30
WHERE: 1000 block of Mosby Street between P and R
streets (in the 7th voter district)
BACKGROUND: The area will be closed for the installation of the street art mural in front of the MLK Middle School. Water walls will be used to keep traffic out of mural painting area. This work is part of the Office of Equitable Transit and Mobility’s ‘Lighter, Quicker, Cheaper’ Program aimed at making temporary enhancements to improve pedestrian safety while permanent solutions are developed and funded.
Note: Access to the school parking lot and the bus stop loop will be maintained.
