WHERE: East Richmond Road from Jennie Scheer Road to
Eanes Lane (7th voter district)
BACKGROUND: Construction
in the area includes the replacement of the bridge over Gillies Creek and the
bridge over Stony Run. Detour: Jennies Scheer Road to Government Road to
Williamsburg Road then along Britiles Lane to Gay Avenue (the detour will be
marked).
