WHEN: Monday, January 22 to Friday, February 2, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
WHERE: In the 3rd Voter District
- The
intersection of Chamberlayne Avenue and Westbrook Avenue
BACKGROUND: As a part of a traffic signal upgrade project, the contractor will
be installing bored conduit and junction boxes in the intersection listed
above. The travel lanes
through this intersection will be temporarily closed during this process.

The City of
Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 195 currently
