WHEN: December
11 through December 15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (daily)
WHERE: Charles Street between Patterson Avenue and Edmondston Avenue (in
the 1st voter district)
BACKGROUND: The area will be closed to install
water/sewer connections and curb repairs for the new subdivision.
Note: residents will have access.

The City of Richmond
