                                         Lane Closure – Various Locations

WHAT:  Lane Closure
 
WHEN:  February 21 through February 22 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (daily)

WHERE: The following streets/areas (the work will be performed in succession as outlined below):

·         February 21 (starting at 8 a.m.)

o   322 West Broad Street

o   400 West Broad Street

o   Stony Run Rd

o   the intersection of East Broad Rock and Lawson

o   the intersection of North 25th Street and Phaup 

·         February 22 (starting at 8 a.m.)

o   the intersection of East Broad Rock and Lawson (if work is unfinished from the prior day)

o   the intersection of North 25th Street and Phaup (if work is unfinished from the prior day)

o   South Laurel and West Main Street

o   1126 Arthur Ashe Blvd

BACKGROUND:  The parking lanes in the aforementioned areas will be closed for approximately two hours each while the vendor works to mitigate ponding issues.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 195 currently accredited public works agencies in the United States. DPW’s portfolio comprises a wide array of services to include leaf collection; street, sidewalk and alley maintenance; trash collection; recycling; grass cutting;  graffiti removal; parking enforcement; urban forestry; street signs; traffic signals and pavement markings and civil engineering.
