Lane and Street Closure – Hull Street at Cowardin Avenue/Richmond Highway

WHAT:  Lane and Street Closure
 
WHEN:  Monday, December 19 through Thursday, December 22 and Tuesday, December 27 from 9 a.m. to midnight (daily)

WHERE: The intersection of Hull Street and Cowardin Avenue/Richmond Highway (located in the 5th, 6th and 7th voter districts

BACKGROUND:  The area will be closed to allow the contractor to perform traffic signal infrastructure upgrades. The work will primarily be on Hull Street east and West of Cowardin Avenue and may include daytime and nighttime detours around the work.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 195 currently accredited public works agencies in the United States.
