WHERE: Commerce Road (two turn lanes) going north toward Bells Road (in the 8th voter district

BACKGROUND:  The two turn lanes will be closed to repair the road. The thru lanes will remain open.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 195 currently accredited public works agencies in the United States.
