WHEN:  Friday, September 18 through Tuesday, October 20 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

WHERE: On the following streets in the 6th voter district

·         Barton Avenue

·         Lamb Avenue

·         Woodrow Avenue

·         Cliff Avenue

·         Alvis Avenue

·         Bancroft Avenue

·         East Crawford Avenue

·         Pollock Street

·         Jeter Avenue

·         Hazelhurst Avenue

·         Ivanhoe Street

·         East Meredith Street

·         East Gladstone Avenue

·         Branch Avenue

BACKGROUND:  There will be alternating lane closures for paving.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 178 currently accredited public works agencies in the United States. DPW’s portfolio comprises a wide array of services to include leaf collection; street, sidewalk and alley maintenance; trash collection; recycling; grass cutting;  graffiti removal; parking enforcement; urban forestry; street signs; traffic signals and pavement markings and civil engineering.
