                              Lane Closure – Valley Road and Hospital Street

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Monday, April 22 through Tuesday, August 20 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE:
·         Valley Road from Richmond Henrico Turnpike to Hospital Street
·         Hospital Street from Valley Road to Oliver Hill Way (located in the 6th Council District)

BACKGROUND: There will be alternating lane closures to install sidewalks, pavement extensions, bike sharrows and pavement markings. This work is part of the Cannon Creek Connector Phase IV Project. Motorists are urged to use caution and observe the traffic control signage.

The City of Richmond Department of Public Works (DPW) is one of only 146 accredited public works agencies in the United States.
