                       Lane Closure – Grove Avenue and Three Chopt Road 

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Monday, July 2 through Friday, September 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE: The Intersection of Grove Avenue and Three Chopt Road  

BACKGROUND: There will be intermittent curb and travel lane closures at the intersection of Grove Avenue and Three Chopt Road to upgrade traffic signals, install pedestrian signals and wheelchair ramps, enhance pedestrian crossings and improve pavement markings. Please drive carefully and follow the detour signs.
