WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT: New Traffic Signal – in Flashing Operation

WHEN:  Friday, November 17 through Thursday, November 23  

WHERE:  Broad and Davis Streets  

BACKGROUND:  Please be advised that a new traffic signal has been installed at the intersection of Broad and Davis streets. In order to comply with testing requirements, the signal will be placed into flashing operation from November 17 through November 23. Please be observant and proceed with caution.
