                        Lane Closure – West 9^th and 10^th Streets, Bruce Street, Ingram, Joplin and Elmdale Avenues

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Lane Closure

WHEN:  Wednesday, July 5 through Friday, July 7 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.  

WHERE:   

·         West 9th Street between Semmes Avenue and Hull Street

·         West 10^th Street between Riverview Parkway and Hull Street

·         Bruce Street between East 18^th Street and Commerce Road

·         Ingram Avenue between Commerce Road and Jefferson Davis Highway

·         Joplin Avenue between Harwood and the dead end

·         Elmdale Avenue between Bruce Street and the dead end  

BACKGROUND:  There will be alternating lane closures in the aforementioned areas for paving. Please follow the road signs.
