WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN:  Friday, January 13, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE: North Rowland Street between Floyd and Grove avenues

BACKGROUND:  The above mentioned area on North Rowland Street will be closed to remove trees.
