                        Street Closure – West Franklin Street between North Monroe and North Madison streets 

WHO:  City of Richmond Department of Public Works

WHAT:  Street Closure

WHEN: Starting on Friday, December 2 at 6 p.m. and ending Sunday, December 4 at 6 p.m. 

WHERE:  West Franklin Street between North Monroe and North Madison streets  

BACKGROUND:  The area will be closed to operate a crane to set structural steel at 301 West Franklin Street. Please follow the detour signs.
